This vinyasa-based practice invites you to connect your breath with movement with modifications offered for yogis of all levels. Each 75-minute class will explore strength, flexibility, and balance poses as well as pranayama (breath work) and meditation drawing upon the classical teachings of yoga.

Susie has been practicing yoga since 2008. She completed her RYT 200-Hour Teacher Certification at Onyx Yoga Studio in Warren, NJ under the caring instruction of Shannon Elliott and many other gifted and gracious instructors.
A licensed funeral director by trade, Susie has spent many hours serving people from all walks of life during times of tremendous pain and vulnerability. These experiences have taught Susie how valuable yoga can be as a tool for inviting self-love, healing, and an openness to grace during life’s most challenging moments.
Susie’s approach to teaching yoga is loving and supportive, and her classes encourage a sense of playful curiosity. Her instruction emphasizes alignment and safety within each pose, and modifications are always offered to help students meet themselves where they are. Practice typically includes classical elements such as meditation and Pranayama. Susie believes that yoga is for every body and strives to help each student access their unique personal power through cultivating compassion, flexibility, and resilience -- both on and off the mat.
Susie feels deeply grateful for all her teachers past, present, and future, as well as for her fellow practitioners who continue to inspire her growth as both a teacher and a student.
